Hello Beautiful Soul!
In January I wrote that our Self-Truth within our third chakra would strongly emerge via many spiritual tests this year, so that we learn to live by our own beliefs and values. This would anchor in our spiritual self to our earthly self - to manifest the first steps of our true destiny. And what a year of tests it has been! We tore into our trauma and wounding, to expose our triggers and throw off the yoke of oppression and conformity.
December is the grand finale of this process, and takes us deep down the rabbit hole during the last Mercury Retrograde of the year. We will be evaluating what is still relevant in our lives, who we want to spend our time with, what our focus is going into 2024, and start to make personal choices and decisions that reflect that. There is no putting our heads in the sand this month; some big changes are coming for most of us next year if we release fear and lean into our soul growth. Therefore our gut intuition needs to be stronger than ever to creatively adapt and navigate with instinctive precision.
Thankfully, more purifying will happen emotionally and physically this month, with a 3rd chakra focus, to help us embody the Warrior and Spiritual Warrior archetypes. These two archetypes allow us to move forward with more confidence, authenticity, and courage to embrace change. They support us to direct our will power with motivation, integrity and perseverance to maneuver through any of life’s obstacles with more ease and grit.
As the cosmic influxes of Light continue to pour in and infuse us with a greater sense of spiritual backbone and sensitivity, we are each being called by Spirit to be a force for change. To step into greater self-responsibility, accountability, and bring our talents online to help the greater good. The universe is nudging us that way.
We have the choice to either be on this accelerated path of Ascension expansion in 2024 or be caught further in our reactivity/polarization as a victim of our circumstances.

When do the courses start and finish?
When you purchase Course 1 you will have access to all of the lessons immediately. Course 2 launches January 27, 2024, Course 3 launches Feb 25, 2024. For Course 2 and 3 you can pre-enroll now. You will receive an email with access information before the courses start.
How long do I have access to the course?
After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own. For Course 3, which is 4-live Zoom events, the sessions will be recorded and posted in the portal after the event, so you will also have access to the recordings.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
If you are genuinely unsatisfied with this course for whatever reason, contact me within the first 7 days of your purchase via email: customerlove@sensesofthesoul.
How long does it take to complete the courses?
This varies depending on the level of your concentration, interest, time given etc. For example, for Course 1, it takes approximately 20 uninterrupted hours to read the content of this course. This excludes the time needed to apply the information and reflection questions, as well as practice with the belief cards and other tools. Course 2 is similar. Course 3 is live and will have a minimum of 6 hours of video content, plus pdfs and practice materials.
These are not the type of online courses that you can complete in a couple of hours. You will likely work on them for a few weeks to begin with, and then often revisit it. The information in these courses stretches out to a lifetime of Ascension influence, and it will take time to apply if you are using it in a healing or therapy practice setting.
Once you dive into this course the information will start energetically recalibrating you. You will find that it takes time to integrate/digest parts of the information fully before you mentally and intuitively open to receive more. It is best you honour the time you need to truly receive the full value of this course and enjoy the journey of reconnecting with your True Self.
